Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, and the fact that most items contain secrets of the tricks and how they are done and can be performed we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on items purchased unless they are faulty.

We will refund the cost of any item damaged in transit or found to be faulty, together with postage and packing costs, providing this is returned to us via Royal Mail within fourteen working days of receipt of order.

Please Contact Us before returning the item to the above address with all the necessary details.

All refunds will be processed within fourteen working days.

We aim to offer an efficient and courteous service to our customers. It is our policy to acknowledge all orders and notify you upon despatch. If our service falls below that to which you have a right to expect, or you have any suggestions for the improvement of this site, please Contact Us.

If you unhappy with the service you receive from MagicTricks.co.uk, please contact us immediately in order that we can rectify the situation. All emails we be responded to within 3 days. We will also keep you informed of everything we are doing to correct the situation until the problem has been resolved.
