By making a purchase on this website customers agree to these terms and conditions. If you don't agree to these terms and conditions then you must not purchase from this website.

May DVD Offer

Every person who orders over �15 can receive a FREE DVD. Just type 'GIMME MY DVD' in the comments box at checkout and we will include a free DVD with your order. We will be choosing the DVDs at random so we can't tell you which one you will receive, it will be a surprise. Terms and Conditions apply so please see the website for more details offer ends at 9am Tuesday 9th May 2012. Terms and Conditions The free DVD is chosen from our range of magic DVDs that we have instock and is selected by our packing staff at the time of packing your order. It cannot be returned for a cash value. The offer runs while stocks are available when we run out of stock the promotion advertising the offer will be taken down form the website. The Free DVD cannot be returned or exchanged for another DVD of a different title. MagicTricks Ltd reserved the right to terminate this offer at any time. The decision of the company regarding the DVD is final.

Pricing

All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

The prices on both MagicTricks.co.uk and MoreMagicTricks should be assumed by the customer as an invitation to treat and may not be the intended prices for actual sale, this may occur if there is a computer or human pricing error on the website and the price on the website isn't the intended price for actual sale. This is also the case for all products priced at £0 on MoreMagicTricks.co.uk. MoreMagicTricks.co.uk is a special order website and a Zero priced item represents items where we don't have the actual price currently, due to price changes, quantity differentials or we need to confirm with the customer and or the supplier the final price if the price is dependent on quantity. On either MagicTricks.co.uk or MoreMagicTricks.co.uk a zero priced item does NOT mean you will get the item for free. If we are doing a promotion and we offer a free product this will be clearly labelled as FREE and not £0, $0 or €0.

Confirmation and Contract of Sale

On MagicTricks.co.uk and MoreMagicTricks.co.uk a contract of sale is only made once goods have been despatched and upon receipt of a 'Processed Email' from MagicTricks Ltd. A Contract of Sale is not made when the auto-confirmation of sale email is received. The reason for this is that the Confirmation email is an auto responder created automatically by the customer going through the order process on the website there is no human interaction our side. When we click 'Processed' on our side you will be sent another email telling you that your item has been processed it is at this point a contract of sale is made at the given price, upto that point we can pull out of the sale at any point. We will only pull out of a sale in extreme circumstances, like, there was a stock error and we don't have the item in stock or there was a pricing error on the website, ie an item advertised at £14.00 where is was supposed to be £1400.00 . In these circumstances the customer will be emailed or phoned to be informed and asked whether they would like to cancel the order or continue at a new price. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions do not buy from this website, by going through the order proceedure you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Discount Codes

If you receive a discount code from one of our emails or affiliates this is NOT valid on Mind Pad 2 or Sixth Sense 2. These products are excluded from these offers.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, and the fact that most items contain secrets of the tricks and how they are done and can be performed we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on items purchased unless they are faulty.

We will refund the cost of any item damaged in transit or found to be faulty, together with postage and packing costs, providing this is returned to us via Royal Mail within fourteen working days of receipt of order but you must Contact Us before returning the item to the above address with all the necessary details. All refunds will be processed within fourteen working days.

Delivery

MagicTricks Ltd highly recommends the Tracking and Insurance Delivery for ALL orders.

If the customer chooses 1st Class Standard Shipping then there is no guarantees on the time frame of actual delivery. Most orders (not all it is up to our descretion depending on size and value of the order) are sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery when the Standard Delivery is chosen for delivery is in the UK. In most circumstances the customer is emailed a tracking number but Recorded Delivery does not include insurance or next day delivery and is only basic tracking. For insurance and proper tracking the customer must opt for Special Delivery Tracking and Insurance.

Orders from Europe and the rest of the world are sent international post and does not include any tracking and so for the safety of your order we strongly suggest paying for Tracking and Insurance for piece of mind and to ensure the safe delivery of your order, as we cannot locate your item once depatched with standard delivery.

Product Descriptions

Customers must realise that this is a Magic Tricks sales website with emphasis that we sell 'Tricks' and not real magic. Some will be amazed to hear that in the past customers have complained that an item that was sold in the description as a 'Floating Match' complained that the match didn't actually, really truely float it only appeared to float and that it actually wasn't really magic and so wanted a refund! The product descriptions are written mostly in terms of what the audience sees, so please read in between the lines. If a description says, something like ' a real miracle' please don't believe you are creating a 'real miracle' however the audience will perceive you to be creating a real miracle! Magic Tricks descriptions are very different to any other consumer store, we don't sell televisions, shoes, or cars we sell magic tricks and by the unusual nature of this art customers who are perhaps new to the art have to understand the nature of how magic trick products are described. If we were to describe exactly what was received or what needs to happen before of after to create an effect then the site would be full of exposure, which of course is bad for magic and breaks the magicians code. Inconclusion customers who buy off this site agree to understand these terms, and appreciate while we never intend to deceive you on your purchase, you agree to understand that product descriptions are written from the spectators perspective.
