I thought that these were some great dvds. If you like card magic, this will make you alot better. Also i learned more of the stuff with the dvds because it is easier to follow. This is my most expensive buy yet and probably the best.

Great, I bought this thinking I would get alot from it, even though I had already known many of the sleights shown on this DVD box set. I did as Paul said and followed it through from beginning to end without skipping any parts. Even with the sleights I already knew I picked up tips and ways to practise and tricks including the move. Overall an amazing dvd box set a must buy!

Ok this is a fantastic set of DVD`s,set out in the original order of the book,which is perfect.The teaching is clear,the production good and even the sound is top class. Should you buy it?Yes...BUT,not if you`ve got the book!Ihave been performing as a semipro or full time pro for over twenty years now and the book was my first on card magic.The DVD set teaches very well but there is not enough new or tweeked handlings for the price. If you dont have the book buy it now,if you do have the book spend the money on something else! Oh! and if you do buy iy get it from this site.I spend £100`s on here and have never had such speedy and freindly service.In fact if i can`t get stuff from here i dont get it at all.MT you are that good!A credit to marketing

I have learnt a lot by watching these DVDs. Detailed explanations, and multiple camera angles, really help to make good progress. It is the ideal companion to an outstanding book. My only gripe is that R.P. Wilson is a teacher, not a magician. Some of the tricks are painfully and inexplicably slow. Get the DVDs, it's so much better than grinding through the book. Just don't copy his dated delivery.

I think this DVD is great! Ive been doing card tricks and learning slieghts for a while now, but i have never really been taught correctly. I feel that the private tuition this DVD provides is accurate and in depth and its crammed with tuition, its great! Follow this DVD with care and do not rush ahead and you will soon become more confident and you will be able to handle the deck like a pro. Just Great! Buy it now and you will not be dissapointed!

Great set of DVD's. I've always struggled to fully understand the techniques through reading magic books. The use of DVD clearly explains the principles in far greater detail than any book can. If you are keen to develop your card techniques this is the DVD set is for you!!

I ordered the Royal Road to Card Magic DVD & Book at 11.30 on Thursday morning, I'm working nights and left a note for the delivery driver to knock loud and wait, I went to bed at 7.00am Friday and was woken by the delivery driver at 10.30am that’s less than 24 hours from order to delivery what superb and excellent service.

The DVD set, well, I didn’t go back to bed, being a new bod to card magic, I've been up all day practicing. This DVD is so easy to follow, everything is explained in simple, understandable terms. If the rest of the DVDs are as good as the first, I know I'm going to have a lot of fun and get a lot of enjoyment from this. On the DVD they recommend the book I'm glad I've got the book because I can take it to work and carry on practicing during my lunch break…... just don’t tell the boss!!!

An excellant DVD. Purchased in March and have got up to disc 3. if you take the time to learn each slight fully and practise (even if you think you already know how to do it)the results are worth the effort. every step is clearly explained and once mastered the DVD then shows some routines using the slights learned. This will allow you to perform any time even when someone hands their standard deck an says "show us a trick". This is something you have to be prepared to stick at and practice but well worth the effort. If you are interested in card magic and want to move away from always using gimmicked decks then you need this. Worth every penny, highly recommended.

I cannot reccomend this product highly enough. Whether a beginner or a seasoned performer, if you watch this DVD series you cannot fail to learn new techniques and improved handling skills. This along with the book and Volumes 1-5 of card college are the beginning middle and end as far as Card Magic is concerned. You are not a real Magician unless you oen this product.

im a beginner and the book version was my intro to card magic techniques,and though i managed to follow the instructions i wasnt always sure if i was peforming it right. with the dvd the instuction is brilliant and every move and sleight is explainded in detail. this is great for card magic beginners and will give you laodsa enthusiam for developing the skill. i thought the price was quite reasonble considering there are 5 cds packed with content.

As the reviewer above said it is about time this was brought into the 20 the century. This is great and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in card magic. Whether you are beginner or expert there is something here for you. Do anything you can to get the money for this set.

I've only been learning card magic since Christmas 2005, when my girlfriend brought me the Royal Road To Card Magic book. I've found it extremely interesting but i struggled with some of the techniques because i couldn't visulize how to hold or move the cards. I started to look all over the web for video clips of certain techniques but didn't have much success, then this DVD box set came available and i ordered it straight away.

It is fantastic!

It explaines every move in detail and although the instructor makes the moves look so easy, it gives me a better understanding of how to execute the moves.

Also, the tricks are well explained, and it is good to see and hear the patter that goes along with the routines.

I highly recommend this DVD box set.

My only slight problem is that the sound level seems very low, and therefore i have to turn my TV volume up to almost maximum, this maybe a problem with my DVD player but it is only a minor problem.
