Shipping Information

*HEAVY HARDBOUND BOOK and MAGIC KIT CHARGES - we have now placed some surcharges on heavy items. These will be clearly marked on the product descriptions and charged at an additional cost per kilo depending on where you are in the world. These items are mainly large hardbound books and will be calculated at checkout.

MagicTricks.co.uk has just recently changed its shipping policy to try to improve service for all our customers. We have added more options when it comes to the postal service so you can chose what is best for you! We are commited to providing excellent all round service and our postal charges are heavily subsidised by us to keep costs lower for you! We think we have some of the most competitive shipping rates for this type of company on the web.

We guarantee that all orders received on our main system before 3pm will be dispatched within 24 hours (usually the very same day) Monday to Friday. So many of our customers will recieve their items with 1-2 business days. We have implemented a few measures on to the site to insure that only items instock are displayed. If there happens to be an error of any kind we will email you immediately to ask what you would like us to do either refund your money or put the item on back order until it comes back in stock. We have very recently installed some new code to really try to limit this problem as effectively as we can because we know how annoying it is to have to wait for your goods and want to provide you the fastest service we can.

UK CUSTOMERS

For UK customers, all orders over the value of £20 are posted First Class Royal Mail for FREE with the exception of some items which are clearly labelled on the site such as heavy books, which have an additonal charge due to their weight and size.

All orders under the value of £20 will have a standard flat rate charge of £2.50 for First Class Royal Mail again with the exception of heavy hardbound books.

Many customer have asked for a special delivery service for extra postage security. If you would like this option you can choose 'Special delivery' provided by Royal Mail for an additional £6, this is the price for any order value. This gives you extra piece of mind.

FOR EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS

For our customers living in a EU country such as; Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

You will receive FREE First Class Royal Mail shipping on all orders over the value of £30 with the exception of some items which are clearly labelled on the site such as heavy hardbound books, these items have an additonal charge due to their weight and large size.

All orders under the value of £30 will be charged at a standard flat rate of £4.50 again with the exception of heavy books.

In additional to this, you are able to add a tracking service and insurance provided by international courier for £22, this includes insured tracking and postage costs. This fee is the same for any order value. This gives you proof of postage plus online tracking.

FOR REST OF THE WORLD

For all our customers living any other countries that have not been defined as the EU countries above are considered the REST OF THE WORLD you will receive FREE First Class Royal Mail shipping on all orders over the value of £50 with the exception of some items which are clearly labelled on the site such as heavy books, which have an additonal charge due to their weight and size.

All orders under the value of £50 will be charged at a standard flat rate of £6.50 again with the exception of heavy hardbound books.

In additional to this, you are able to add a tracking service provided by international courier for £33, this includes tracking and postage costs. This fee is the same for any order value. This gives you proof of postage plus online tracking.

Providing that payment has been cleared we guarantee that your order will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of it being placed.

MagicTricks.co.uk rely on Royal Mail to provide a good service they are paid to do, however MagicTricks.co.uk are not responsible for delays in delivery once the item has left the warehouse. Postal strikes, late deliveries, lost and recovered by Royal Mail orders is not the fault of MagicTricks.co.uk if the products have been disptached the 24 period. If you are worried about an item not turning up quick enough for you or you require more piece of mind then we would advise you to use one of our signed for or tracking options.

All items are in stock and orders received before 3pm weekdays will be dispatched the same day.
