Q - Has my order been despatched yet?
A - This depends if you ordered from our main store MagicTricks.co.uk or our sister special order website MoreMagicTricks.co.uk.
Remember that if you ordered with MagicTricks.co.uk then your order will be despatched in 24 hours... but...
... if you ordered from our special order site MoreMagicTricks.co.uk then despatch time is longer usually within 3-7 days depending on the product... why does it take longer from MoreMagicTricks.co.uk click here?.
Q - My order hasn't been 'processed', why not?
A - If you log into your account and see an 'unprocessed' mark on our website for your order this doesn't mean it hasn't been despatched, your item will be despatched within 24 hours as we mention on the website.
The processed mark, is a manually pressed button on our website, that our staff has to press, it is not an automatic one.
The processed mark is there to indicate that the particular order number has been closed from our side. This could be either after despatch but might be after we know that the item has had enough time to reach the customer and so could be serveral days after the order has been despatched, it is not necessarily a sign that the item hasn't been despatched. We work on a policy that everything you see on MagicTricks.co.uk is in stock and ready for despatch, unless otherwise mentioned, (like for pre order items).
In the event of special delivery where tracking and insurance has paid for, we then may wait and track the item and click processed once the item has been delivered, and then only close the order (click processed) once we know that that item has been signed for.
If an item is out of stock it will vanish from our site so you won't be able to order, (except for pre order items but they are clearly marked).
However, if for any reason we cannot despatch items, for example there is some kind of stock error on our system, we do our best inform our customers as soon as we can to the email address you registered with us or by phone.

Q - Does MagicTricks accept PayPal?
A - Yes MagicTricks.co.uk and MoreMoreMagicTricks.co.uk accepts PayPal, and we ALSO accept most credit and debit cards too.
Q - How long does it take for MagicTricks.co.uk to send my order?
A - MagicTricks.co.uk keeps everything shown on our website in stock, so we can offer a 24 hour dispatch service. We offer same day dispatch for all orders placed before 2pm on a working day. As we received our postal collection at 2.30pm, on some occasions we can dispatch orders after this time but it is not guaranteed for same day dispatch after 2pm.
However, if you have ordered from our special order sister site MOREMAGICTRICKS.CO.UK (MMT) then the despatch time is LONGER. All MoreMagicTricks.co.uk orders are processed within 3-7 working days, as the products are coming from a central warehouse it takes several days for them to arrive and we do not order from the central warehouse on a daily basis. If you opt for Special Delivery when ordering from mmt thenyou should expect the item to arrive the next work day before 1pm AFTER it has been DISPATCHED, please contact us for estimated times. For all orders with standard shipping please allow 10 working days from placing the order to receiving the item. All orders will be sent by First Class Recorded Delivery.
Q - I am from the USA, how do I order and how much will shipping be?
All International Customers including those from the USA can order on our website. Press the 'order' button next to the products and then press 'checkout' and type in your details into the fields when asked. We can accept most forms of credit and debit cards as well as PayPal! We use internationally known PayPoint as our payment gateway. MagicTricks.co.uk do not see your credit card details as it is all taken and processed by PayPoint.
MagicTricks.co.uk sends items all over the world including the USA. Shipping costs will depend on which service you opt for. Standard Airmail costs £6.50. Any orders over £100 gets free international delivery, but this service is standard airmail and cannot be tracked and is not insured and therefore MagicTricks cannot be held responsible in case of a lost parcel.
MagicTricks.co.uk highly recommends ALL CUSTOMERS to choose the 'Tracking and Insurance'. The price for this is depends on the country but for USA and other countries outside the EU it is £40 ($61 approx) items that are labelled as extra heavy on the site will cost more for both standard and insured methods read more...
Q - Can I get a refund?
A - MagicTricks.co.uk offers a like for like exchange policy on faulty items only. You will need to return the item back to us (only with our prior approval) and we can issue you with a replacement. You will be credited with MT points for the postage costs incurred in returning the faulty item. We only offer replacements or refunds for products that are faulty. We cannot accept back any products that aren't what you expected, or you think will be unusable in your repertoire. All products are as advertised, so please choose carefully before placing your order because once you have purchased a trick, you have then been exposed to the secret behind that trick which is part of its value and therefore cannot be returned for this reason. Q - I ordered a gaffed deck of cards and it has arrived opened.... this is outragous!
With all gaffed and trick decks (Stripper/Svengali/Forcing) these are all hand made up by our manufacturers and do not come like this from the USPCC, so the seal will be broken - they have not been used previously and are brand new - the seal is required to be broken in order to create the decks.
