We are in the process of updating our payment processing gateway so there will be more payment options available to you in the future. This means that in the short term we have to use PayPal as a temporary method of payment. This is just for a short time only until the new and improved payment gateway is up and running.

This won't affect most customers placing orders but does cause issues with people using our discount codes sent to you from our email updates. You will experience your discount coming off the total cost on our website but the discount will be added back on in PayPal. This is because PayPal doesn't accept discount codes.You of course will get your discount as WE WILL REFUND YOUR DISCOUNT BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE YOUR PRODUCT IS DISPATCHED. THE REFUND WILL BE DONE MANUALLY BY US FROM PAYPAL. So please don't be alarmed if you see your discount added back on at the end of the transaction you WILL received your discount.

We really apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers in the short term. As mentioned above this is only a temporary measure and we are working really hard to get this new and improved payment process up and running as soon as possible so we can give you the best magical shopping experience on the web!... but for the meantime its back to the darkages where refunds had to be done manually I'm afraid.
